I was there 15 minutes and my son and I felt unsafe. There appeared to be nefarious activity taking place on the edge of the parking lot and someone unloaded many rounds from a fire arm in the neighborhood nearby.... and thus we left in a hurry and could not get a refund....

I called before booking our room to ask if they allowed dogs. The lady told me yes and that there was a $25 pet fee. I agreed to the fee and proceeded with booking the room. I also put in the accommodations section that we were bringing a dog and needed a pet friendly room. My husband arrived at the hotel with our dog hours after I checked in and the guy at the front desk wouldn’t let him enter the building. The front desk worker didn’t care that I had asked for a pet friendly room in my reservation and told me the lady I talked to made a mistake. He didn’t care what consequences that had for my husband who arrived at 11pm at night with now nowhere to stay. After becoming very upset, he agreed to let him stay but only if I forfeited my entire deposit, regardless if the animal caused damages or not. We slept and left early the next morning. No damages from us or dog. Deposit kept. Hotel is gross and needs major updates.

I checked in and out of the King Oscar in less than 5 minutes. I reserved the Cozy Inn on Expedia from the King Oscar, and walked over. The woman at the desk was nice, the hallway smelled incredible , the room was wonderfully clean, and the bed was the best bed I've ever slept on. Ever. (Please, if you can reply to this review, tell me the brand of this bed.) I absolutely will be coming back! The breakfast was nice.

Curtains were falling off track, heater did not work, toilet had to be flushed twice just to get to flush with very little paper in it, bath was not very clean.could not complain til check out due to coming in after 2 am from our event and manage was asleep. Did not show me where they would be charging a extra 55 dollars for insurance protection. Just kept saying you will get it back in 2-3 days. The problem was it was my spending money to eat while i attended my nephews celebration of life. Most hotels hang on to credit info to charge cards if damage to rm.
