“the overall conditions of hotel live up to my expectation being a five stars hotel. unfortunately, the house keeping services were so bad that i requested a tea pot for several times since check in. no one in the hotel responded to my request. i have to walk down to the restaurant and ask for one.”
“Great location. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish. The breakfast was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.”
