“This was a our second stay here and it was just as good -would certainly recommend. We arrived two hours early but were given our bungalow after only one hour's wait so that was good. The layout of the complex is nice and the pool although cold was very nice. As for position - it is very close to the sea front with level access to the beach, harbour and shops. The bus station is only a short walk with buses to the airport every quarter of an hour or so. The one thing that I would suggest……

Not enough deck chairs around the pools for all guests and guests shamelessly “reserve“ the chairs without sanctions from the hotel staff. Especially the royal level adults only. 5 star service, golf buggies to take you places, welcome drinks at every meal and on arrival, lindor chocolate and turn down service, amazing food. “Excellent service and good restaurants aloow guests to stay inside the hotel or nearby if they want to. Good location, sufficiently quiet but with enough shops and bars in the area. My main problem was with the noise from surrounding rooms, which affected sleep and rest, due to insufficient sound insulation, combined with the fact that the hotel caters to family with young children.”
