“Great place”

“We enjoyed an overnight stay here. Close to the station (but uphill) very comfortable room, very clean. We arrived quite late and it was great to be able to get a drink and snack from the bar. We were able to store our bags there while we went to visit the cathedral. We didn’t have breakfast but it looked good with plenty of sliced ham and cheese, and good value.”

“el hotel tiene una buena ubicacion 15 mins al centro historico, 10 minutos a la estacion del tren , comercios y restaurantes cercanos . el hotel es limpio , instalaciones en buen estado , algun ruido en la madrugada afuera , el personal de atencion , bueno , son muy parcos parecen cuando te hablan no sabes si te estan peleando o reganando , creo que le falta aprender a ser amables, no quiere decir que sean groseros pero si necesitan ese toque de hablar con amabilidad y eso no lo tienen, es mas……

“not the service for four star hotels: disappointed. 1. they cant found our reservation from the computer. (its ok. happened sometimes) but at least dont let us standing and waiting there with big package. and when another customer came after us. they helped them first. we just standing there and watching what they doing. when i asking for sitting in lobby to wait ( which is just near the reception). they still didnt notice its because we tired and waiting too long. just answered it will finish……

“The hotel has beds an a restaurant for breakfast in the 7 floor plus a small restaurant in the reception area for dinner a la carte. No communal areas a part from some sofas in the reception area, does it. Don't expect swimming poll or Gym as the building to do not have those facilities. Very friendly staff.”

“It is the worst hotel I had stay since I traveled. Super super super super rude service staff, bad hotel management system. We was paid by credit card when we check in, and they asked money again when we checked out because of system said we didn’t paid. Service asked receipt very fierce and made we feels really uncomfortable (the important thing is they didn’t gave us receipt at first, Fortunately, we have reserved credit card orders.）really really bad experience in my life. Not recommended……
