“The hotel is very comfy, with nice staff and environment, the beds and toilet are all clean. There is staff standby in the front desk 24hrs, so even if we arrived the hotel late in midnight, still able to have help from the staff. The breakfast lady is very nice too. “My husband and I loved staying here. We stayed for 5 nights. We loved the design of the hotel. The host Atenas was amazing and so kind. She help us a lot and was flexible. The included breakfast is healthy and a great start to the day. If you’re staying in Cusco, I highly recommend here. Great location to a ton of city attractions like the main plaza, San Pedro Market and much more. We walked and explored the city with ease. ”

“I arrived @Cozy Room during my first visit there and learned my booking had gone into the hotel's spam mail. Subsequently, there was no booking for me and no available rooms. However, Cozy Room immediately made it right-within 15 minutes they Ubered me, at their expense, to another hotel not too far away. I was heading to Machu Picchu the next morning so I left my luggage at the new hotel to hold until my return. Upon my return, Cozy Room had picked up my luggage and they were waiting for me……

“O quarto foi no quinto andar e não tem elevador, mas fora isso, foi muito bom, principalmente considerando o valor pago na estadia. Houve uma confusão na reserva quando chegamos, mas depois tudo deu certo!
