“Idealer Ort für unseren Familienurlaub.
Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit.
Die Tiefgarage ist leider etwas eng und somit nicht so gut für Familienautos geeignet, aber es klappte trotzdem mit dem Parken. Der Außenpool mit den Liegen ist großartig. Das Classic Appartement ist sehr großzügig und war für eine Familie absolut ausreichend. Für die Verdunkelung hat jedes Zimmer Fensterläden.”

“I was in Verbania for three days with my daughter during her rhythmic gymnastics competition.
This was a quiet and very well functioning place to stay while our short visit and stresful schedule with a long 14h day at the sports hall.
The staff was extremely kind and kept good contact with us. The room was spacious and over all very clean. Only the bathroom cabinet was dusty but other than that everything was spotless and a huge plus for very well funtioning AC. The bathroom was also spacious……

The breakfast in the morning needs a little more variety and the same with the waitress head that needs a little bit more kindness. “also Wer nicht auf Luxus steht findet hier ein kleines nettes Objekt. ich habe mit meinem Ford Mondeo 20 Minuten gebraucht um in die Straße zu kommen ( Breite )… Im Bad geht die Türe nicht ganz auf und es hängt eine Klimaanlage an der Wand die wir nicht zum laufen bekommen haben. DAn sich wer was günstiges zum Pbernachten sucht und n kleines Auto hat kann hier einen Schnapper machen!”

"Oh my God, Dolce by Wyndham Milan Malpensa is a huge hotel group in the world. But this hotel spreads False propaganda , cheats client by denying client’s reservation two times and ask room guests to pay for their free shuttle bus.
My families, friends and I have booked 7 rooms of Dolce by Wyndham Milan Malpensa over Hotels.com in June. We choose this hotel because the hotel shows it offers free shuttle bus to airport. I also have written to this hotel to reserved 12 seats of free shuttle bus by email. But Honeydette De Vera, Front Office Manager of this hotel responsed me they don’t offer free shuttle bus for group reservations. I think the hotel proclaim they offer free shuttle bus is False propaganda because they don’t offer free shuttle bus to all their room guest. Besides, we are not a group because the hotel doesn’t offer special price for us. Hotel always offer better price for group. But I don’t want to argue with them. I have tried to reserved only 8 seats of free shuttle bus of this hotel, departing at 9:45 of November 5 by mail again. The other 4 paxes of us can grab a taxi to airport. Julieta Dalla Costa, staff of Front Office dept. responsed me “We do confirm the availability for the Transfer as your request.” That means we have reserved 8 seats of free bus successfully.
We have checked-in around 9:30 PM of November 4. The staff of Front Office told us they
don’t admit we have reserved 8 seats of free shuttle bus departing at 9:45 of November 5 and there "
