“Beautiful location, great facilities and very welcoming staff.”

“The worst “hotel” imaginable. Staff have no idea what they’re doing. No wifi (i mean who needs wifi). I was told to be ready at 6 am sharp for transport to the city. It never came. The hotel reception said that in Peru when we say 6 am we really mean 7 am. Unbelievable. I only woke up at 5 am and was there 15 minutes early. I had to hitch a ride with another couple’s driver (pure luck) to get to the city, My driver is still probably on his way. The worst part is in my haste I left behind my hat.……

“The stay was wonderful, Elar (sp?) and neighbor Mari looked after us incredibly well. They prepared wonderful meals and arranged all sorts of outings. Highly recommended. ”

“Overall it was good experience to stay in Colca lodge especially the thermal bath so close to natural. The room I stayed with water leakage from ceiling which need to be fixed ”
