Latio at its best

Lovely appartment perfecly well equipped in a quiet surrounding close to the sea as well as to the lakes of Bracciano and Bolsena and to numerous etruscan and medieval places harbouring good traditional restaurants. Perfectly suited for family holidays. Constant and helpful support by the owner's family.

Erwartungen mehr als erfüllt

Natürlich ist man sich nicht sicher, was einen so im Urlaub erwartet - hier war es toll. Sehr gepflegte und komplett ausgestattete Wohnung (mit funktionierenden WLAN - was für einen 17 Jährigen besonders wichtig ist und Klimaanlage) in total ruhiger Lage. Wir wollten genau das. Wir wollten mehrmals mit Mietwagen oder Bahn nach Rom, an den Lago di Bracciano oder ans Mittelmeer - alles perfekt zu erreichen. Parkplätze sind auf dem Gelände. Die Vermieter wohnen nebenan. Die Wohnung ist bestens ausgestattet und wenn etwas fehlt (Vormieter hatten die Adapter für die Steckdosen mitgenommen) wird das Problem in deutscher/englischer oder natürlich italienischer Sprache schnell und problemlos gelöst. Was wichtig ist: Es wird ein Fahrzeug benötigt, da die Lage etwas ausserhalb ist - aber das sieht man im Vorfeld auf der Karte. Wir können diese Unterkunft gern weiterempfehlen; und möchten auf diesem Wege nochmals DANKE zu Mario und seiner Familie sagen.

Grandios

Mit einem Wort: Grandios. Alles hat gepasst. Die Begrüßung durch Giovanni vor Ort war überaus freundlich und herzlich. Er, aber auch der Vermieter Mario, welcher in Deutschland lebt, waren stets erreichbar und kümmerten sich um jedes Problemchen, was während unserer Zeit dort auftauchte, selbst wenn sie es eigentlich gar nicht gemusst hätten (da durch uns verschuldet). Die Lage ist wunderbar auf einem Hügelchen, etwas ausserhalb von Cerveteri; es war sehr ruhig und entspannend dort. Das Anwesen ist weitläufig mit großem Garten, das Appartment ist geräumig und sauber. Sämtliche Küchen- und Wohnungsutensilien sind vor Ort. Die Nähe zu Rom ist ein Vorteil; man fährt mit dem Zug völlig entspannt innerhalb von 40 Minuten zum Hbf. Am Meer in Ladispoli ist man innerhalb von 10 Minuten mit dem Auto; weitere schöne Strände sind in 20 Minuten erreichbar. In Ladispoli ist abends einiges los. Séjour d'une semaine à cerveteri

Déçu car l'annonce stipulait que nous aurions du avoir accès aux jeux pour enfant alors qu'ils étaient à la maison d'à côté. Le terrain n'était pas privatif ce qui n'était pas noté dans l'annonce ce qui nous a fortement dérangé De plus la ville était très sale. Absolute Erholung, in toller Lage

Unser Urlaub im Ferienhaus war absolut super. Vor Reiseantritt hatten wir schon Kontakt zu unserem Vermieter Mario, der uns sehr gut mit Informationen vorab versorgte und uns bei Fragen hilfreich zur Seite stand. Ein riesiger Vorteil war hierbei das Mario, sowie auch der Hausverwalter Giovanni sehr gut deutsch sprechen. So hatten wir überhaupt keine Verständigungsprobleme. Am Tag der Anreise erwartet uns der Hausverwalter Giovanni bereits am Haus. Als wir ankamen fühlten wir uns sofort wohl. Alles war sauber, ordentlich und sehr gemütlich. Giovanni erklärt und noch einige Dinge zum Haus. Außerdem hatten wir seine Telefonnummer, falls irgendwelche Fragen oder Probleme wären. Die gab es aber nicht. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Absolut hilfreich waren die Klimaanlagen bei den sommerlichen Temperaturen. Die Lage des Hauses ist ideal. Es ist schön ruhig, jedoch ist man schnell mit dem Auto am Strand zum Baden oder am Bahnhof um von hier aus in kurzer Zeit in Rom zu sein. Zum Einkaufen ist alles in der Nähe und schnell zu erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, das italienische Essen und das Leben genossen. Vielen Dank nochmal an Mario, seine Frau und Giovanni für die Hilfe und die Tipps. Wir hatten einen richtig schönen Urlaub.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt in einem sehr schönen Haus in ruhiger Lage

Mit unseren beiden Kindern (8 und 10 Jahre alt) hatten wir in Cerveteri einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man während des Aufenthalts braucht. Kleines Manko: Die Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer hat leider bei uns auch nicht funktioniert, die Klimaanlagen in den Schlafzimmern liefen zum Glück aber einwandfrei. Und das Dachgeschoss mit eingezogener Holzbalkendecke ist zwar sehr gemütlich, aber durch die mangelnde Trittschalldämmung hellhörig. Bis auf diese zwei Punkte ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt!

Old urine in the front of Toilet grout, Rats in the garden, and a shared garden with other guests.

When we ordered this house, it looked very nice comparing to the price in the pictures, but remember, pictures can lie, and indeed they did here. Mario was very nice before we paid the full amount, and was very fast to reply on messages in vrbo. We arrived to the house in Cerveteri Italy, and at first sight we could see that it was far from the pictures he use as advertisement, and there was already another family in the house, something Mario never mentioned anything about, and i wrote to him before we ordered this house, that i will come with 5 small dogs (french bulldogs), he never mentioned that there would be other guests at the property i should be aware off, and nothing in advertisement about shared garden. We arrived and packed out, the other family said that they were leaving the day after, i thought that's okay that is not something i will complain about, but 2 days after the other family left, another german couple moved in. I wrote to Mario and said that he never mentioned anything about the possibility, that another family also will live right next door, and that it was a shared garden. With 5 small dogs, and other people running around on the property, my vacation was destroyed, i had to "build" a fence of sun chairs, so my dogs would not bark at the other guests. When i complain about this situation, Mario got really rude, and was talking about that i had broke the contract, by using the water hose and building a fence out of sun chairs. As i explained to Mario, that i was using the water hose to clean the terrasse from the previous guests, because it was full of sand, dirt, ants, and fall downs from the pine trees. I explained to Mario that the nabo dogs was barking until half past to in the night every night, and my dogs also barks when the nabo dogs bark constantly. I also explained to Mario that the pictures he uses for advertisement for this house, is false advertisement, and that it was not okay to treat his paying customers like this. 1. The airconditioning did not work in living room. 2. Old Urine from previous guests in the grout in front of the toilet. 3. If you are 180 cm or above, you get the pleasure of taking a bath on your knees. 4. 4 chairs out of 6 was there a big hole in, coved up with pillows. 5. Rats in the garden, my dogs was constantly chasing Rats. 6. Having the pleasure of Mario's wife walking right in the garden 3 mornings in a row, without any notifications at all suddenly she just came... :-(

Perfektes Ferienhaus

Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts. Sauber, ordentlich, alles funktioniert...ein Ort zum Zuhause fühlen.Die Klimaanlage hat super Dienste geleistet, es gibt mehrere Parkplätze auf dem Grundstück, deutsches Fernsehprogramm, alles in allem für 4 Personen top. Man wird auf deutsch begrüßt und eingewiesen, das war super...Zu den schönen Stränden in der Nähe fährt man ca 10 - 15min mit dem Auto, was völlig ok war. Supermärkte (Lidl u.a.) ca 5 min. Wir waren auf jeden Fall begeistert, es ist kein Ort mit Trubel bis in die Nacht.

Location non male, accoglienza e trattamento decisamente scortese

La location non è male e in linea con le foto. Purtroppo la gestione è delegata al vicino di casa che è una persona decisamente scortese e invadente. Ho dovuto chiedergli di tornare a casa sua perché ogni 5 minuti era in mezzo ai piedi.... In sostanza: ottima casa, accoglienza inaccettabile...peccato
