“If we had to return to one place in all of Italy, we’d choose Il Tosco. It was absolutely SPECTACULAR! Elena was the most wonderful hostess, providing many recommendations, of which every one was spot on! The breakfast was out of this world - better than any place we’ve ever stayed. Kitchen was stocked with the most delicious olive oil cake and many other goodies around the living area to enjoy. Walkable to everything in Montepulciano. “There was 7 of us that stayed here at the end of June into July for 10 nights. This is better than the pictures show, the location was fantastic (you will ideally need a car to see Tuscany if not Arezzo train station has good links and is about 15 minute taxi journey away). The pool was a god send and better than we expected and is a really good size. The table tennis in the late afternoon shade provided good entertainment and house was fully equipped. “The home and cottages were perfect for our family trip of 10 adults. The view of Montepulciano from the patio, the pool, the property itself all amazing! Amazing location for day trips throughout Tuscany - Florence, San G, etc… easily accessed.Nathan is an AMAZING HOST - everything we needed from groceries ahead of time to restaurant reservations, tour guides that were all terrific.
