“Fabrizio's place is just gorgeous. When we arrived, he gave us a detailed tour of the gardens and house, both of which are beautiful and have all conveniences. We enjoyed walking to the small and lovely town of Farnatella, and driving a few minutes to the gorgeous Lucignano. While he and his wife do live in the downstairs of the house, they have a separate entrance and were respectful of our privacy while we were there. I hope to return for a longer stay!”

“We received a text from Stefano a couple hours before our arrival with directions and letting us know we could arrive anytime. “Great little bed and breakfast feel, with a lovely view from the terrace. The breakfast voucher is for a great little cafe right nearby and we really enjoyed that added touch. We had the 'green' room and didn't really need the 2nd space with the 2 smaller beds, but it was nice to have so much space, including the kitchen and sitting areas. Very clear instructions on how to find them, especially parking! The video was very helpful ”
