Below Average as a Parador

Hotel is located in town center, about 15- 20 mins walk from pier. Everything of the hotel is just OK, people may have higher expectation because it is a Parador. And service is poor, I was treated rudely when a staff delivered a hot water to my room (There was no kettle in room).

Great Location and Friendly Staff, But Hygiene Needs Serious Improvement: I recently stayed at this hotel and really appreciated some aspects of it. The location is excellent — just a short walk to the beach and close to all the good spots, so there was no need to use the car. The pool was very clean and enjoyable, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. However, the hygiene and housekeeping services left a lot to be desired. There were ants in the room, and when wiping the floor with a tissue, it turned black — clearly indicating it hadn’t been cleaned properly. The conditioner bottle didn’t work, and although housekeeping came the second day, they didn’t restock the toilet paper and left only two towels for three guests. The most unacceptable issue was the state of my son's bed, which had a visible menstrual stain — something that should never happen in any hotel. Overall, while I enjoyed the location and some aspects of the stay, I hope the management takes cleanliness more seriously and improves housekeeping standards.

We always look forward to staying in a Parador as a treat. Unfortunately this one does not live up to the Parador name. The beds are comfortable but the room was scruffy with worn out furniture and the carpet in the hall was very stained. The bathroom was also tired. There was an issue with parking as this is one of the main reasons we booked this parador. There just doesn t seem to be enough , but I don’t suppose much can be done about that. The staff on reception and cleaning and pool staff were really helpful, friendly and faultless. The pool and pool area were clean. It is in an amazing location.

Die Lage des Hotels ist gut und zentral. Leider war an drei von vier Tagen kein Internet verfügbar. Hier hätten wir uns eine Gegenleistung in Form eines Frühstücks oder Mittagessen gewünscht. Die Mitarbeiterin Salima an der Rezeption war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Notre séjour s'est bien passé, le personnel est très accueillant et à l'écoute. l'emplacement de l'hôtel et TOP avec une vue imprenable sur lamer, la place des églises et sur la piscine. il faudrait peut être penser à changer la moquette du couloir pour garder le charme et le côté esthétique de l'hôtel.

Déficit d'esprit commercial

Déficit d’esprit commercial. Etablissement assez conforme aux standards 4*. Accueil courtois, lobby spacieux quoique suranné, chambre plutôt confortable, linge de qualité, fournitures courtoisie généreuses. Moquette couloir rebutante, parking gratuit mais négligé, absence de plan d’évacuation d’urgence, exit répertoires TV / tel, des clous sur les murs, déconnexion des chaines TV marocaines. Pour l’esprit commercial il faut repasser. En effet, pour 2 nuits extensibles, j’avais réservé et payé 4 ch dont 2 avec enfants et sans pdj. Le décès du papa de l’un des voyageurs ns a ramenés à 3 ch sans enfants. Toutes les accommodations proposées alors à l’hôtel furent refusées sans discernement, même si elles avaient engendré des ventes de pdjs et une prorogation de notre séjour. Moralité, cet hôtel sera rayé de mon carnet d'adresses car ses gestionnaires ne savent point sacrifier un œuf pour avoir un bœuf.
