“After booking I received an email stating that I needed to check I by 17:30 otherwise there was an extra 20€ charge. I specifically made sure I was booking a room with a microwave, but when checking in the receptionist said twin rooms don't have kitchen, I had to show her the description on hotels.com staying a kitchennete and she was able to give me a 1 bed apartment, as I needed somewhere to cook my food. There is not a freezer as described. The attachment to hold the shower head was broken……

“Lovely yacht. Very peaceful at the end of the marina and great watching the planes land (only about 3 a day so not noisy at all). Walkable from airport and lots of restaurants/shops 5 - 10 min walk away. Would've been nice if we could've taken canopy down fully on yacht so we could enjoy sunshine on comfy sofa however understand this time of year weather can be a bit interchangeable. “We spent 4 nights at this 2-bed flat for a family vacation. The property is spacious, modern, and generally clean. It comes with all you need including a smart TV, a modern integrated kitchen, and high-speed internet. The internet speed was brilliant. The heating/AC in the property was excellent, too. It is within walking distance to the Main Street and the Market Square and has a good number of local restaurants nearby. It is also not far from the major attractions such as the cable car station……

“Arrivés le jour de notre réservation comme prévu et à notre grande surprise nous apprenons que notre réservation avait été annulée !! Le responsable justifie cela car nous serions arrivés selon lui trop tard (19h) . Aucune info ni coup de fil pour nous en informer . Le responsable decide tout de même de nous loger dans un appartement en attendant qu’une chambre puisse se libérer car il avait loué la notre ! Dans l’appartement digne d’un logement du moyen âge aucune propreté ni hygiène. Nous……
