“We arrived at 730am and requested if we can check in earlier. We were told a code will be sent to my email by 4pm but it never came. So we went back to the front desk and informed them. A very rude receptionist told my husband, it’s sent by their system and just wait. We have waited for almost 8hrs already and this is totally unacceptable. To our disgust, we left and I reported to Expedia right away. Now the hotel is claiming code was sent. Again we never received it! We are demanding a refund.”

“The staff were helpful and the facilities were good at the property, ski in ski out, raclette to hire also thank you so much to the ladies and Charles at the other Azureva (Les confin) for sorting out our ski hire and making renting very smooth for us, great attention to detail. There were however a few niggles about the location which is voted great on Expedia but…it’s not if you don’t have a car or you’re a non skier. “Booked 2 rooms for 8 adults and worked out perfectly! Well equipped! Starter kits for kitchen and bathroom. Clean linen and towels. Front desk was super helpful! Close to ski lift and pubs for a little party! ”

“De prijs/kwaliteit van de accomodatie was goed. Je betaald vooral voor de locatie, ideaal aan de piste met een locker voor je spullen. Het is een klein appartement, maar dat komt goed uit want je mag het zelf schoonmaken, bijbetalen voor de schoonmaak kan ook. Het bed was een uitklapbank, het matras kon dus wel wat dikker.”

“Das Apartment war einfach, aber für eine Woche ausreichend eingerichtet. Die Betten waren sehr gut, die Damen am Empfang freundlich und hilfsbereit. Im Skiraum gibt es keine Heizung zum Trocknen der Skischuhe. Ein Bad war eng und ohne Dusche, im anderen Bad stank der Syphon ständig. Wir hatten eine Wohnung mit 4 Schlafzimmern.”

“Really nice spacious chalet which is brilliantly equipped. We were 4 adults and 4 children and there was plenty of space. Easy drive to the bottom of the slopes although there is the path which is an easy walk to/from the chalet which will take you to the chairlift (we didn't do this because of lack of snow). We did ski down one day and walked our skis up which was only a few minutes walk. We did also use the path to walk to the Preyerand lift which was really easy. Sauna is really nice and easy……

“We had a great stay here. The boot room opens straight out onto the slopes for a ski in/out experience. The apartment was comfy and a good size. ”
