“Das Haus ist wie beschrieben, sauber und schön renoviert.E-Heizung und Kachelofen perfekt.Küche komplett eingerichtet, Waschmaschine, Trockner, Kühlschrank, Tiefkühlschrank, Gasherd, Ofen, sogar Küchengeräte, wie Mixer. Betten sehr bequem, Bettwäsche und Handtücher komplett und sauber. Tischtennisplatte und der geniale Freisitz runden dieses tolle Domizil ab und machen es zu einem 10-Sterne Haus. Ein Haartrockner war leider entgegen Beschreibung auf der Website nicht vorhanden. Wir werden gerne……

“In the small print of the description of these apartments it states that a surcharge of 50 euros will be levied for cleaning costs. I find this unusual as cleaning is normally included in a set room price. If we had stayed at the House Neza for a week the cost spread over that period would be negligible. However we stayed for two nights and left the property in almost pristine condition. Therefore the surcharge seems excessive and in fact increased the substantial enough room price by 25 euros a……

“Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in Volkanski Ruti. Wir haben die tolle Rundumsicht und die Ruhe am Berg sehr genossen. Die etwa 8 Minuten Bergfahrt auf der schmalen aber gut ausgebauten Straße wird durch das tolle Bergpanorama aufgewogen. Das Appartement ist gut ausgestattet. Der Vermieter Juri ist sehr nett. Wir können die Wohnung nur wärmstens empfehlen.”

“A beautiful small village and a nice and like descriped house. we travelled with 2 adults 2 childs 1 dog and we had 1 room empty. so great and very comfortable. nothing was missing. a beautiful waterfall is near the house and a pretty big one only 20 min walk away. very nice contact to the owner and active asking questions if everything was good or if we need something. loved that. ”

“First the land around the property is amazing and as beautiful as mentioned. Sights and trails are available more so if you life walking hills. On occasion, depending where you walk, traffic is really close and for some reason everyone wants to drive fast on the narrow windy roads. Things not mentioned, the apartment is upstairs, 2 flights of stairs. So don’t pack heavy. Pet friendly for sure, but be prepared to walk your pet up and down the stairs. It’s mentioned that you have the apartment……
