“Clean quite nice setting”

“We killed two cockroaches in our apartment at the first night. We reported to the reception the following day and we were changed to another one. In the second apartment, we found the ceiling in the bathroom with lots of molds and some of the plates were very dirty and with molds as well. We didn't borther to change to another room again. We didn't want to be charged for the dirty plates, so we broght the plates to the staff and showed them the bathroom photos when we checked out. Finally,……

“WiFi is not strong, especially at night.”

“In general we are satisfied with the hotel. It's close to down town with a bus stop just outside the hotel. we are very lucky to run into one very helpful and kind staff Ms. Mai at the reception. she helps proactively and manages to answer all our inquires. The hotel has a big and beautiful pool and my son just could not get out from it...we will for sure want to stay with them if we visit Lyon again!”

“当地难得的高层酒店，房间有些小。我们夜间坐RhoneExpress机场快线（只要24点前都有）到达火车站的，即使那时候也可以从火车站穿过Wetfield商场到达酒店。早餐的地方朝西，能看到富维耶山和老城，所以我们要了个高楼层的朝北方向的房间。接待的一位老先生非常客气，说可以给我们免费升级房间，不厌其烦满足我们的挑拣。酒店坐落在有些旧的新城区，周边的情调没有我们次日住的半岛区优雅。酒店附近有个Bocuse室内市场，可以参观一下。酒店的早餐提前定也没多大优惠，可以在达到时定，早餐有腌制的三文鱼，还是比较高档的。”

“Bikube Lyon is great! Very very clean and modern, eco-friendly (normal sized refillable liquid soap and shampoo bottles instead of the tiny individual ones, towel service every other day), a block away from the Metro station, a short drive from the Gare Lyon Part-Dieu, and you can walk to Lyon city centre if you want (2.5 km away). The room was spacious and had everything I needed. Laundry and fitness facilities were easy to use. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. I would……
