“No puedo dejar comentarios sobre el lugar porque cuando llegamos estaba todo ocupado y no tenían registro de la reserva. Después de revisar se dieron cuenta del error y trataron de acomodarnos en otro lugar que lamentablemente no estaba todavía en condiciones. Eramos los únicos allí y no había una persona responsable que atendiera las cosas básicas.”

“Dans un studio , pas une éponge ni essuie tout , ni une goutte de produit vaisselle , ni etat des lieux...certes déco moderne tape à l oeil !!! Et personnels à l accueil pas du tout sympa et j ai du demandé 2fois un ticket pour les 10000pesos du parking !!!”

“This property failed to honor a paid reservation with a credit card deposit. I would strongly caution all visitors (especially if you are from out of country) to avoid this. Me and another set of guests were turned away despite a confirmed reservation, and we were forced to drive 2 hours back to Santiago as an emergency to find a bed.”
