“Our stay was so nice. The home was beautifully decorated, beds and pillows were comfy. Front porch with plenty of seating to enjoy the weather (when it's warm). We were very pleased with our stay here.”

“In general we enjoyed our stay but there were a few issues that keep it from getting five stars: 1) Lighting needs improvement. It's quite dim, especially in the living area, bathroom, and kitchen. There are under-cabinet lights in the kitchen but they seem to have a mind of their own and we couldn't find a way to have them stay on. The bathroom needs a light over the sink. 2) There is a noticeable musty smell, as is common with basement space; there are dehumidifiers running so this might……

“My family came there from MD for our father’s funeral and the location was perfect. The house was just perfect. Loved that we all had our room with tv and full kitchen and comfortable living room for hanging out. We will definitely stay there again next time we are in town.”

“This place was so clean and nice! Easy check in/check out. My mom, sister and I stayed, and it was so close to turning stone, where we saw a concert. We definitely recommend this small, cute, clean place!”

“This is a great place for a family stay or vacation. We enjoyed the well-equipped kitchen, the beautiful dining/living areas. Having 2.5 bathrooms is also a convenient feature. Centrally located for visits to Utica, New Hartford and surroundings.”

“The lake and the view were absolutely beautiful. Kayaks, a boat and canoe were provided with life jackets. Weather was unseasonably cold during the nights and mornings. House does not have a heating system but there were plenty of blankets and comforters. Fire pit was such a nice addition for the evenings. Hope to revisit in the future ”
