“Heater was old and did not work. Could use an upgrade. Had to climb a few steps to get to room. Not for guests with mobility issues. Kitchen had a small pot and frying pan but no cooking utensils. Property had no microwave. Room had a large support beam and can be a safety hazard for taller guests. Only 2 regular bath towels provided. At least 4 would have been more convenient. Overall, you get what you paid for.”

“We rented the house as two of our daughters live in the area making get together very easy. Our third daughter was visiting from Texas and also wanted to visit with her best friend, so the size and location were perfect.Many deer first thing in the morning and then in the afternoon we were entertained by a rafter of turkeys. The view was very nice and you were just far enough away from towns and traffic. Very relaxing.”

“Great tiny house on lots n lots of property. We hiked to the creek which in April was very active and if you travel further into the property, there are wonderful views and swimming holes (5 mins. drive with our Bronco). The turkeys visited daily even with our pups. The only sounds are the creek, crickets, and frogs. Awesomeness! We BBQ-ed (gas grill) and played dominos AND talked to each other. I learned to use a French press coffee maker which turned out my husband loves. Lots of off……

“This cabin is great. It’s a very short drive to downtown Nevada city, maybe 10 min. It’s super cozy and the hot tub is fantastic. Very quiet and private. The bed was very comfortable. We loved the gas fireplace. There’s plenty of towels and extra sheets if needed. Yes, there’s bad cell service and the WiFi isn’t great but they definitely let you know that ahead of time. We were more than fine with that. The owner communication is great. I highly recommend!”
