“This is a lovely peaceful place to stay with magnificent sunrises available from several bedrooms and at the lounges by the river. The staff were ever helpful and friendly. I highly recommend Residence Bassac. I do however recommend that if you partake in the alms giving ceremony to the Buddhist monks, that you find out the cost beforehand. I found it unreasonably high and would have rather given the money straight to the monks. Otherwise thank you Residence Bassac for a gracious, delightful and……

“Spacious and clean bedroom. Location is good. This has a typical Lao style. Good value for money. Only downside was that the wifi signal was weak in the bedroom but it the end it was good to disconnect as I could have gone to bed earlier than usual! ”
