Booked the property due to pool, which was not available across two days and no one notified me at arriving at the hotel which left me disappointed

As you expect from Taj, excellent customer service but the rooms are now very dated and not worth what you have to pay. 20 years ago rooms would have been fantastic but not in 2025. Def needs a refurb

Whilst it’s still a good hotel, the rooms are definitely showing their age and probably due for a refurb. Whilst still very clean they are showing signs of wear and tear
Main public areas much better and of the standard you would expect from Taj. The sitar player was a nice touch
Excellent breakfast buffet selection and very attentive staff

this Taj Chandigarh property needs to get an upgrade to its rooms and bathrooms. Also, there should be a loyalty programme as other hotels have which give us additional benfots for coming back again. We get none.

Everything was excellent but when I checked in went to use washroom , saw hairs everywhere on floor, got frustrated. Complained to house keeping, they immediately got it cleaned

When I checked in I was very excited but got disappointed when front desk told me that they don’t have hot tub but when I booked via hotels.com it was clearly written that it includes hot tub. Rest every thing was very good. Hotels.com should delete hot tub information from their website to avoid disappointment for customers. I travelled 8 hours on that day and booked taj so that I can relax in hot tub to get rid of fatigue but very very disappointed. Tried to chat with helpline but no response.
