“Arranging the pickup from airport good. But the behaviour of executive at breakfast table is worst. Without verifying the details the executive at breakfast has stated I am not entitled to free breakfast and asked to pay the amount. Leaving breakfast I was forced to rush to the room and show the receipt I was entitled to free breakfast.”

“Had a great 9 day stay at this guesthouse, room was big, clean and well furnished AC, fan, and wifi was all working, toilet room had running hot and cold water. Morning breakfast was ok. Its located in a lane next to the ghat and kashi vishvanath temple is 10 minute walk. As no auto or ricksaws are allowed near the ghat, if you are coming from airport or train call the guesthouse and they help you. All the staff were friendly and helpful except the morning front desk guy who was rude, suggest……

“I was there at a festival, road blocked and left my backpack wit passport, money and stuff. At the Hotel owner ran me around for an 2 hours and made many calls until it was found. They took care of me made sure I was safe. Great location, and I highly recommend them. ”

“On day 1, I could I have given this property 5 stars for the service they provided. They waiting for us late and provided us with hot dinner even after the dinner service was closed. The staff was courteous and very helpful. But on Day 2 we could see some problems and it could be since it’s a newer property but with the amount they charge we definitely think few areas could be improved. 1. Each bottle of water is charged at 80inr. 2. We ordered tea in the room and on day 2 it was super bad.……

“The booking was overpriced as for the same period the rates were 40% less. It shows that online booking is to cheat people. The room was without any window opening and cleanliness as well as other facilities were TERRIBLE. I would recommend not to book through Hotel. Com . There was no mirror even in bathroom. Overall very poor ”
