“到达和离开时的酒店前台人员很好，但是，酒店的整体服务有所欠缺。到的那一天是周六，晚上酒店的餐厅举行音乐晚会，一直闹到12点。根本无法入睡，给酒店前台打电话，值班的不懂英语。为什么酒店不考虑酒店客人的休息需要，只顾自己的快乐。再有，酒店餐厅的服务较差，每次都多收钱，因为多收的不算多，也就没有认真计较；但是确实令人不爽。”

“Beautiful location on the riverside. Well kept grounds. Very pretty. Mainly Thai resort but that’s good. My only gripe is the time it takes from ordering dinner in the restaurant to it arriving at the table.
