“马马虎虎，酒店比较老了，设施一版，尤其是电梯，只有一部，早餐都是走下去吃的。”

“Late late arrival due to flight delay. Could not find the menu - strangely later found it on the TV screen. Called and they only have fried rice (Yangzhou Style), which is fine. The room service attendant sounded like almost fallen asleep and knew NOTHING. Two persons came to deliver my fried rice (with no shrimp and sparsely with tiny diced ham) - seems in for some tips. “Wanjia Hupan (Waterfront) hotel is a smaller eatablisment near the South Lake in Changchun. Upon arrival, I noticed the carpet in the room hadn't been hoovered. The bathroom floor still had former guests hair on it. I called housekeeping (using Chinese) to let them know about my dissatisfaction. They came with a small brush, intended to swipe up the dirt on the floor and on the carpet. I told them they need to use a vacuum cleaner. Eventually they brought one, a vacuum cleaner I only saw once……
