“Note the 'Garden Wing' section is a lovely modern & newer part of this hotel. Room was very spacious with a great layout. Hotel is just across the road from beach. The 'Ocean Wing' section is in a completely separate location on the other side of road approx 500m away which you can use their facilities also but in my opinion it looked a bit dated & run down in the areas surrounding the pool.
The local town area is very quiet with not much to do within walking distance. It appears a more popular……
“Beautiful location right on the silky sands of Chao Lao Beach. Amazing sunsets every night. Delicious breakfasts with a wide variety of choices.
The area is a bit out of the way if you don't have your own car but it's worth. You can take buses to and from Chanthaburi and taxi from there.
You can borrow bicycles for free at the hotel.
All of the staff seem to be very nice and helpful but of course not all can speak English. Special shout out to the manager Wiboon, who made everything perfect.”
“I had to visit a family member in the hospital and it is within 15 minutes walking distance. Great price for the night and the staff was accommodating when I needed to make a last minute booking change. Sheets were clean and the AC was super cold :) thank you!”
“My first room had no safe and was not clean, considering the price in Thailand I was disappointed. Once I pointed out the safe was not operational they made two other rooms available which were better. The resort is next to the beach we’re there is resturants and a few bars. Potentially with better upkeep of the grounds and general maintenance the resort as plenty to offer there’s plenty to se around and about”
