“酒店位置方便，風格獨特，但露台沙發有跳蚤，手臂被叮了幾下，整潔度有待提升。”

“Very convenient location, the hotel is just next to the airport express / subway. It cost RMB25 and 20 minutes to/from the airport to the hotel. A shopping mall is just next to the hotel. There are a lot of restaurants but most of them were full and also many people were waiting for tables outside of the restaurants. Remember to reserve a table in advance if you don't want to wait for a long time. This hotel impressed me as there were some complimentary drinks in the fridge and the check out……

“在第一天入住的時候，窗外剛好面對小區的道路。所以想要換房間。第二天早上，跟飯店反應，大廳前台二話不說，馬上幫我們進行換房，時間非常快速。第二天出去遛達回來，化妝水瓶子跟洗面奶放房子小桌子上。換房間，著急..忘了拿。房務人員很貼心，整理房間，還知道我們是換房的房客。幫我們直接放在小桌上。在過有好一會，發現我們放在冰箱的藥品，也忘了拿，馬上打電話給櫃檯..櫃檯幫我們進行確認。這個我們覺得希望應該不大了。結果，大概不到10分鐘，櫃檯打電話來通知，房務人員已經放進我們現在房間的冰箱內了，馬上打開冰箱一看，太好了..果然在冰箱裡。還有入住這幾天，每次出門跟回飯店，都叫網約專車接送，大堂的門外服務人員，都非常有禮貌的進行上車跟下車服務。還總是笑容滿面。出門，跟回飯店，我和老公心情都特別舒服。在這麼多國家也住過不少的酒店，北京建國飯店的服務真的讓人覺得貼心跟滿意。真的要給 5星X5星。雖然是有點歷史的酒店，不像其他的酒店的現代裝修。但是，的確是 一等一的酒店。由此可知，這家飯店的人員教育訓練是非常扎扎實實的。我跟老公是滿意再滿意。”
