“The tiny home was a lovely spot for my husband, myself and our big dog! It's just off 15-501 so while there isn't a sidewalk right there, you can scoot on down to Poplar for a nice saunter with your pup. The property was beautiful and clean and everything we needed. - a small kitchenette, a lovely shower/bathroom and plenty of room to move around. Admittedly we live in the mountains so it was a bit too wark for us to sit outside but the front area is so cute with a few chairs and a cozy hammock.……

“My grandsons and I spent the weekend playing in Chapel Hill. This was a perfect base of operations. After each excursion we return to a comfortable home with lots of room to spread out. I recommend you stay here. We will on our next visit. ”

“House as described! Communication was easy and responsive. Great location. Close to campus - it is a drive and not a walk. There is a close by trail to campus that is about 2 miles which is nice. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again! ”

“My family stayed in the cottage for about a week and on numerous occasions said they could imagine living there. The house was perfectly situated in town near all the amenities we needed. It was clean and had everything to make our stay comfortable and cozy. Highly recommend this rental for anyone coming to the Chapel Hill area!”
