“The cottage is fantastic, with tons of character, an amazing kitchen for cooking and dining, and a gorgeous south-facing garden. We loved our time in the home and in Braemar and hope to be back soon. The host was amazing and communication with her was seamless. ”

“The rooms are roomy and nicely decorated, beautiful large kitchen, separate dining room and living room. A thoughtful welcome basket. Lovely, warm fireplace. Bring your own shampoo/conditioner. Some laundry supplies (we bought some laundry detergent.). Lovely views. Short 5-10 min walk (with hill) to town and grocery store. Great trails nearby and beautiful 1/2 hour hike to Lynn Falls and Aberlour distillery. Highly recommend.”

“Fantastic property in the heart of Speyside, close to the Ballindalloch Estate and was a perfect base for visiting the Spirit of Speyside Whisky Festival. Peaceful and quiet, with magnificent views all around.Absolutely everything you need is provided for and I can honestly say that I have never stayed in a better equipped cottage.Thank you to Yvonne!”

“Absolutely loved stopping here, it is such a fantastic location and a beautiful property to match. Arlene made us very welcome on check-in and showed us around the property and how things worked, we also got fresh eggs from Arlene's hens , which was a lovely touch Whilst here we visited Glen Moray distillery in Elgin, other distilleries are available, in fact there are loads around here. We also went to the 3B's, Balletar, Balmoral and Braemar which was lovely although Balmoral was closed.on the……

“The property is well cared for and close to interesting small, local shops. Please consider some type warning about the different floor levels The wardrobe knob came off and I noticed that it could not be screwed back on. We had a most PLEASANT stay! Thank you!! ”

“Een prachtig ruim huis met alles wat je nodig hebt. Aan alles is gedacht. Mooie ruime kamers met elk rigen badkamer. Goed uitgeruste keuken. Ruime tuin met meubilering en mooie barbecue. Een volledig ingericht tuinhuis in de tuin mrt kachel, bank muziek en tv.. leuk voor de pubers! Wij waren er met ons gezin en iedereen had heerlijk zn eigen plekje in huis mocht je dat willen.”
