“Clean, easy, quiet, spacious. The place was exactly as pictured on the listing and the hostess was so easy to work with! You do have to realize it's a basement apt so there is no outdoor seating, etc... (there is a grill though) but we were at the beach and eating out most nights so it was perfect for us! Would highly recommend! ”

“This apartment was a great location to walk to the shops and restaurants in Oak Bluffs. We typically don't rent 1 bed/1 bath properties but we would rent this one again. It was very large and very clean and comfortable. The morning sun, coming in from over the ocean was beautiful each morning and we could sit out on the balcony with our coffee and people watch. We rented a car, only to explore the rest of the island and that, too, was a convenient walk, less than a block away. All in all,……

“We stayed in the 2-bedroom condo and it was lovely! Just the right amount of space for a family of 4. The condo was very clean and spacious. Property was conveniently located right across the road from the beach. My only complaint would be that perhaps the mattress (or mattress pad) could be replaced as it was a little dipped down in the middle)... but otherwise, loved this property!”

“On the good side, the location was even better than anticipated. Easy to walk to shops and restaurants. Parking was easy and directions to enter were good enough. In the unit, the kitchen and living room were nice and spacious, as pictured. Most convenience items were supplied. However, we were disappointed with the pervasive mildewy old house smell. “Very sweet place for short-term stay. Once on the island, owner was very communicative. The listing is accurate - if you want to cook meals, keep in mind that there is no stove, hot-plate, or toaster, so it worked for us for a weekend (although would have loved a toaster!) The only reason for the 4 stars on cleanliness was because there was a pair of socks from previous renter left in the bathroom, but otherwise clean! It was great with our dog - very comfortable, not overly precious but still……
