"Conozco el hotel hace muchos años, es bueno y tiene la mejor piscina termal de la región, la comida típica es buena Tuvieron un error en el check in, solicité dos habitaciones para 2 personas cada una y solo reservaron una, nos dieron una cabaña para 4 personas con un camarote muy incomodo"

"El agua de la piscina muy fria, por tanto no es muy apta para niños pequeños. Los pasillos no tiene luz Para el precio que se cobró no ofrecen servicios adicionales a la piscina."

"The property manager doesn’t have good hospitality skills , was very rude when I came to ask about the jacuzzi and internet none of them work telling if I want ed a working jacuzzi and WiFi I had to pay extra to get transfer to an other cabin , when I had already booked the deluxe cabin with everything ..."
