“There was some mix-up and I was told that I had reservations for the location that DOES NOT have a pool but it was a block away so the sister hotel with the pool accommodated us. Kudos to the employees for their quick resolution to our issue. Both hotels were decent but this is really a review of hotel Orquideas 1 because that's the location we ended up staying in. As mentioned, there are two sister hotels (Orquideas 1 & 2), just make sure yours is the one that has the pool if it matters to……

“The property is situated in a very convenient area. The staff were knowledgeable and very helpful. If you stay in an apartment instead of a hotel, there will be a fee to access the pool, hot tub and beach. The view from the 12th floor was breathtaking. Any amenities that you may need are less than a 2 minute walk away. There's an abundance of restaurants in the immediate area with a wide array of options to choose from.”

“Zona agreste poco turismo. Lo bueno Lindo sin estas con movilidad y queres tranquilidad. Atención exelente. Lo malo No tiene agua caliente y tuvimos que esperar mas de una hora para que nos atiendan. Los teledonos que figuraban no son correctos ”
