“The room is clean, the location of the hotel is perfect. Staff is friendly. But the window the room cannot be opened, a little bit stuffy inside the room. Otherwise, it was perfect.”

“The cabins were very clean and the camping facilities for caravan era is a tranquil treed areas. Our checking in time was at 2 pm but we couldn’t get in till 3.30 as they were still cleaning and we had to fill in time walking around for 2 hrs. Overall I would be happy to recommend ”

“The only pro is its location, right at the harborfront area with numerous restaurant/ bars nearby. The quality of this hotel is really well below standard. This hotel is always crowded, so if you booked more than 1 room, do not expect the rooms will be nearby or even on the same floor even you have requested in your reservation. The front desk staff will simply tell you they can do nothing as they cannot ask housekeeping the availability/status of the rooms. Some frontdesk staff were really……

“Great location and within easy walking distance to Darwin waterfront. Lovely water views from balcony. Carparking was easy in the basement. Staff were very friendly and helpful. One bedroom apartment was very roomy and perfect for our one week stay in Darwin. Liked that we could walk next door to the Novatel for a delicious buffet breakfast or a dinner at nighttime.”

“住兩天，但是中間那晚的打掃，並沒有很乾淨。他們有早餐，住那麼多天不同飯店，只有他們有早餐，我們四個人，選了兩間的房型，以為是兩間，但其實是兩間連通房。但是也不錯。另外，他們提供付費停車服務，一天十五元。地點近市區採購中心，超市也很方便。服務人員的指引很不錯。”

“The property is great and staff are friendly. There is a shopping centre within walking distance that is really handy. My only issue this visit was the outside noise at night. We were on the 2nd floor so this might not have helped. It is close to where my sister lives so very convenient. Have stayed here a few times and will again on my next visit.”
