“Perfect place for a romantic getaway. Easy walk to the ocean and quick drive into Charleston. ”

“The good: Perfect spot for exploring historic Charleston. Very cozy and very historic cottage. Clean. Cool MCM kitchenette. Comfy bed. Cute old shower. Not so good: Street parking resulted in parking up to 3 blocks away, several times. Stairs were tight. This is definitely not a place for someone who cannot walk alot or climb a ladder-like stairway. Wifi was completely unreliable. Couldn't use the gas fireplace because it seemed to be leaking and caused a concerning smell. Person who "checked……

“Perfect for a family of four, very clean. Walkable to playground. Great modern beach house. Very small but has everything you need. Shower room was very popular with our children, barn door to bathroom may not be ideal for everyone. We stay at Folly several times a year and this is a place we would stay again. ”

“Outdoor experience was fabulous. The lagoon and nature surrounding it was perfect. Furniture was comfortable. The screened in porch could use more housekeeping.”

“This cottage is just like the photos. My husband and I wanted a weekend away, just the two of us and this was just the place. Folly Beach was beautiful and the cottage was quiet and cozy. Murphy bed not the most comfortable, but it was ok for two nights.”
