We drove 3.5 hours to this establishment to only find out our reservation had been CANCELLED without our knowledge. We were able to get another room but the older lady behind the desk was SO RUDE in helping fix the issue. Then she tells me that she’ll give me the same rate I booked previously online for—how about I was charged $20 MORE! The breakfast was awful. The loitering homeless and drug addocts outside the hotel all hours of the night made us very uncomfortable. I would t recommend this place to anyone!

Arrived late so had to stay the one night. The room was dirty, stains and build up on the floor, stains on the blankets and all over the mattress, stains on the chair. Was supposed to be a smoke free room and the room smelled awful and had burn marks all around the bathroom door. There was loose pills on the floor by the bed. Rust all in the bathtub. There was people in and out all night and noise all night. Alot of people walking around all night so I didnt feel like it was a safe area. I didnt sleep at all. I was down for a work trip all week so needless to say I checked out the next morning and had to book some where else.

We were warned by the lady at the front desk that our room didn’t look the cleanest, but she assured us it was clean. First, our key didn’t open the room door, so we had to get maintenance to let us into our room. Once we were in, we were mortified. There was mold on the ceiling, burnt cigarette holes in the blanket, exposed electrical wires, the smoke detector was missing, there was no toilet paper, the bathroom light didn’t work, and the whole place smelled like stale cigarettes. We lasted about 10 minutes total before we went back up to the front desk and checked out. The 3 hour drive home in the middle of the night was more desirable than attempting to survive the night in that terrifying room. We missed our event the following day and got home around 3am to avoid spending the night.

The smell of Marijuana was overpowering, my husband and I don't do drugs or anything but you can smell it when you get on the property and when you walk out of your room. The only good thing was rhe beds was comfortable but the furniture, fridge and microwave was ready for the dumpster. The staff was wonderful, location was good but getting in and out of the property you had to take your life in your own hands it was scary at best.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with a recent hotel stay booked through your platform. This is the second time I’ve booked a room through your site that was in completely unacceptable condition — the room had not been cleaned, there was water all over the floor, and I even found cockroaches. This experience is not only deeply disappointing but also raises serious health and safety concerns. Hotels in this condition should not be listed on your platform at all. I trusted your service to provide safe and clean accommodations, and this experience has shaken that trust. I am requesting a full refund for this stay and would also appreciate it if you could investigate the hotel in question to ensure that other customers don’t have to go through this. Unsafe and Unpleasant – Avoid This motel I booked two rooms at this motel but left without staying because of the terrible conditions. From the moment I arrived, I felt uneasy. There were multiple people loitering around the property, many appearing to be vagrants, creating an unsafe atmosphere. The lobby was overcrowded, dimly lit, and unclean. Several ceiling lights were out, adding to the rundown appearance, and the front desk staff was shockingly rude and unprofessional. As I walked to my rooms, I encountered more concerning activity, including individuals who appeared to be engaged in solicitation. The property was poorly monitored, and the environment did not feel safe. The final straw was walking through a thick cloud of marijuana and drug smoke in the parking lot—right outside other guest rooms. This hotel is not just neglected; it feels unsafe and poorly managed. If you value cleanliness, security, and a welcoming environment, I strongly recommend finding somewhere else to stay.

The rooms are unclean. The bathroom is gross, every corner has compiled filth and grime. The shower curtain rod is clinging for dear life to the wall. The ice bucket has some unknown filth in it, some yellow film. The room has roaches. The desk is missing a leg. Literally...it has three legs. No microwave. The phone doesnt work. Would not recommend or stay here again.
