This was a special weekend. A lot of little things went wrong that added up to the worst stay we’ve ever had. The pool hours were different than online; okay. Then, Friday night the air conditioning started blowing hot air. They gave us a new room thankfully, but when I asked about compensation, he said a new room was my compensation. All of us had to get dressed, we had to wake up our kids, pack, move, etc. I am used to chick fil a service at Hilton, not McDonalds. The new room has a damaged front door. The next morning we found an earring in our son’s bed. Then, the pool is out of order because the lock battery went dead. We planned our day around swimming for our son’s birthday. Additionally, our room was not cleaned on Saturday.
