“This place is great. We went off-season, using it as a base of operations for touring all over the region. The room was comfortable and clean, the restaurants and bars in and around the building super convenient, staff was great. Now here are my two beefs: 1) They don't offer mid-stay refreshing of the room AT ALL. And 2) the architect should probably be brought up on war crimes, lol. Getting from building to building is quite an adventure, the signs guiding you are pretty lacking, etc. I……

They need to solve the driving back up the mountain to property from Park City problem at gate… pretty stupid to have a guard tell guests they have to use funicular to return but we could drive our vehicle down the mountain no problem from the hotel?!? and the valet actually drove our vehicle back up as we rode the funicular?!? “We had a great trip. The property was as expected. The issues were with the booking process... it took a week for the property manager to complete and send a booking confirmation. Then upon check-in the property (timeshare/ hotel) couldn't find our reservation using any of the confirmation numbers given. They did say that they have had issues in the past with it. Otherwise the rest of the trip went smoothly.”
