Private patio with outdoor furniture. Beautiful sunrises and views of Lake Charlevoix. New Heated Pool!!!! Picnic area and fire pits. 2 Paddle Boards for guests. Laundry facilities available in clubhouse. Next door to public Beach and Lake front Park with public boat access/parking. Short walk to downtown Charlevoix. Many excursions available in Charlevoix, neighboring Petoskey and Boyne City including golf, ziplines, kayaking, putt putt golf, bike paths, etc. Fabulous Charlevoix restaurants, night life and shopping in downtown as well as wineries, breweries and distilleries in Boyne City and Petoskey and surrounding areas. Short walk to Lake Michigan with beautiful sunsets! No stairs or elevator needed to gain access to private first floor condo!

Lovely view and good approximation to downtown Charlevoix

This was the 2nd time we stayed at the condo. Great weather. Always something to see and excellent places to eat. I love watching the boats. Easy walks around the property and public beach. Downtown has a farmers market on Thursday that my wife and mother in law enjoy going to. The condo has two very nice bedrooms.

We came to this area to golf and try to stay in different places each time. Property was perfect but I wish the condo would have had washing machine and dryer in the condo. We had to drive to the Clubhouse to use the facilities. It’s very hard for me to walk any distance…..other than that, it was very comfortable and centrally located.

Gorgeous main level lakefront condo. Melody & Scott were so easy to communicate and book with. Stayed three days and enjoyed the pool, the views, and walking into downtown Charlevoix - which is a close, beautiful walk away (15 minute walk). Would 100% return and recommend to others. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us!

The condo is located in an ideal location: overlooking the beautiful yacht harbor and close to town. Unlike some photos, the ones for the property represent the location accurately and faithfully. Ideal for camera buffs. The condo is close to downtown Charlevoix, a few minutes away by car. It can be walked but the distance was a bit too much for us (in our 80s). The condo itself was lovely and comfortable. Generous kitchen with a large supply of utensils and cookware. And super clean. If we’re ever in the area again, we would seriously consider staying here. The occasional rain didn’t dampen our enjoyment of the condo and of quaint Charlevoix.

We (two couples) used this as a base for a few days in the area in early October as part of a Lake Michigan circle tour. The condo is very well set up, and had everything we needed. The view of the harbor is very nice, and we would have enjoyed sitting out on the patio if the weather had been better. The owner was very easy to communicate with. We did miss having cable TV available, but the one TV in the living area is a Roku TV so there is a streaming option or you could bring your own, the wifi was excellent.

Rented this place because it was close to downtown Charlevoix and it was on the first floor. Went with my wife and my 92 yr old mother in law. Mom liked the place so it has to be good. Weather was fantastic for the end of September. Shorts weather. Places to eat are plentiful and our choices were all great.

My wife and I chose the Charlevoix area for our fall getaway this year and this property was perfect for us. Right on the harbor and right in town, it was perfect to take in the town and region as well as a place on the water to relax. The first floor unit and walk in showers were great for our mobility limitations as well. The place was well stocked for any of our needs and very comfortable! We recommend it.

The condo was very nice and just a short drive or a beautiful walk up to the town of Charlevoix. The condo was immaculate and perfect for a couple of nights or much longer. The condo sits next to the harbor with a great view of the lake beyond the boats.

This was a most enjoyable vacation destination. The scenery out the window overlooking the harbor was beautiful. And the interior of the condo was not only comfortable, it was welcoming and well done. We enjoyed every minute of our trip. The hosts thought of everything a guest would need and then some. We've stayed at Foster Boat Works several times in the past, and so were familiar with the location and amenities. It's a great spot. And this particular unit provides more elbow room than the standard units there. The owners were great to work with and the unit was very clean (and we're very particular about that), so my family and I felt very comfortable there. Highly recommend giving it a try!
