The hotel staff were great and my stay was nice. My only complaint about my stay was the airport shuttle service. The shuttle to the airport was perfect, on time, and no problems. The airport shuttle pickup was another thing entirely. I used the property's extended parking to leave my car there during my trip. I was told to call the property's shuttle transportion when my flight returned, so that's what I did. When I called and pressed the number for the shuttle, no one ever answered, and the voicemail was full. I repeatedly tried calling the shuttle and property, with no response. After waiting at the airport's hotel shuttle pick up spot for over an hour, I finally just paid for a cab so I could get my car and go home.

Due to a flight cancellation and it being one of many flight cancellations this day, this was the only hotel that had any rooms left. The staff were nice and seem to be responsible for multiple jobs (the lady who picked us up from the airport also worked the front desk). Other than the nice staff, this hotel is a dump. It’s run down and disgusting. The carpet in the hallway leading to our room was filthy, there was a blood stain on the lamp shade in our room, and the mattress had brown and yellow stains on it (unfortunately I noticed both of these things the next morning). There was also no working bathroom in the lobby and no access to free water, you have to purchase a bottle of water for $3. Stay away.

Though the reservation promised hot breakfast, it was not available the night we stayed. We count on those hot breakfast hotels, so it was disappointing. But a Waffle House was nearby for breakfast. And after a long flight, we were fortunate to find an African restaurant with friendly staff in front of the property with excellent food, open late for dinner.

The location is very close to the aitport and to the freeway, so there is a lot of noise. If one keeps the fan on the AC running the entire time, the noise is not be too bad. Our bathroom was in rough shape. The shower curtain was torn and frayed and the baseboards and outside if the tub were very dirty. The hotel seems short staffed. The front desk shuts down while the lone attendant drives the free airport shuttle, which runs once per hour in the morning. Be sure to reserve your spot when you are checking in! The free breakfast was okay. The coffee ran out and it took quite a while for it to be replenished. Guests were getting frustrated.

This place is very misleading. Not like the picture on online. The outside was so terrible looking I was scared to go inside. So I tried to cancel and nobody never answered the phones. So I just lost my night stay. That’s truly how bad it looked

My husband and I only stayed for a couple of hours due to us having an early flight. We didn’t take much luggage in. When we woke up about 2:30 to get ourselves together, there were several roaches crawling in the floor. I have emailed the manager pictures and a message but have still yet to hear anything from the hotel.

It was a good stay for one night. I reserved two rooms, but could only pay for one, because the other room was on the name of my travelling partner. Although breakfast was included, they did not serve it on our day of travelling. The staff was friendly. The rooms were clean. Bathroom needs to be updated. The beds were good.

The shuttle service is ran by the only employee on duty so the shuttle runs late. We were told the shuttle only runs 1 time an hour. They were 30 minutes late from that time. During the time that the only employee was doing a shuttle run, an alarm went off in the hotel. It was 1am and stayed on for 40 minutes. It’s worth paying a little extra money for a hotel that runs their shuttles more often and has staff in the hotel.

The room carpet was very dirty with big stains. The furniture in the lobby was very stained, first impression looks clean but if you start looking everything seemed dirty. There were big dust hanging from the ceiling on the second floor by elevator. The staff was great! Very accommodating and polite.
