不满意：住宿条件和设施，清洁度
Our check in was great and the staff was very polite and accommodating.
We did not check in until right around 10:30 pm and we checked out at approximately 11:30pm.
We were just settling down after a 9 hour drive and was getting ready to shut off the lights and get some sleep when a very large cockroach climbed onto the the bed and was headed straight towards my wife’s face.
She slapped it away from her and it ran across the floor and quickly went behind the mini fridge. We jumped up and was gathering our things when another one ran across the floor towards the air conditioner. Luckily I had already put on my shoes and I was able to step on it. We quickly got out of the room and went to the lobby to tell the hotel staff what had just happened and we would not be staying there any longer.
The staff members response was oh it’s a Palmetto bug not a cockroach. They are the exact same thing.
They did offer to move us to a different room but where there is one there are bound to be a lot more.
I am very dissatisfied and would not recommend this establishment to anyone.
