Great central location, staff was fantastic, room was clean, very nice renovated older hotel, BUT, no breakfast, coffee only. our room was missing drinking cups, tissues, soaps. Not a big deal but attention to detail was a little lacking.

Convenient to restaurants, and the metro. It is an upscale hotel renovated not long ago. I remember staying there years ago when it was Four Points. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We rented a suite and it was perfect for four people. It had a king bed with a pull-out sofa. Two big screen TV's and a walk in shower. I ask for a handicap room because I have limited mobility. It was great for us. If you are going to the BOA Stadium, a short walk to the Metro, 7 or 8 stops, and you are there within an 8 minute walk. $4 Round Trip. The staff were super friendly and helpful!!

Hotel is NOT well maintained.AC in first room was replaced with a stand alone unit which was noisy. Allows pets strong smell of urine in first room-complained and they moved us to another room - gets worse- commode would not flush-quote “should I send up a plunger for you?” This hotel is apparently NOT part of a larger chain. If there is any way to get my $$ back I would like to know how. Run down neighborhood stores around are closing. You have been warned STAY AT YOUR OWN RISK

We stayed there one night, did not even look at workout area or pool. Would definitely stay again, despite no breakfast offered. One question: it's 85 degrees out...why are the lobby doors propped open? Absolutely boiling in there and huge waste of electricity. Please stop doing this.

The staff is wonderful, the area the hotel in is a little sketchy, but not to the point that I wouldn’t stay again as I have stayed here multiple times. We did encounter noisy guests at night but the staff handled it. I wish they had breakfast in the morning.

You can tell by the name this is not a name brand hotel. The owner purchased the building when the other brand sold one of its line of hotels. You can also tell he is trying to put in as much love into this hotel as much as he can. I cannot say enough about the hotel staff. Every person we met greeted us with a smile and basic conversation. The maintenance man was painting in the hallway and made sure he was not in our way, which he wasn’t. There are some kinks they are working out internet issues, new fixtures for the kitchen area in the rooms and no breakfast. The staff more than made up for it. Plus they have coffee in the lobby all the time so that was a huge plus for me. The hotel itself was clean and felt safe. This made my hubby happy as it was our daughter and I traveling. Also, great location to get anywhere. Good luck to the owner. We are rooting for you!
