We did not stay, waited for room a long time, still not ready at 8:30 pm, went to Comfort Inn by the airport! Not sure if we will get our money back, no one was at the check in desk, had a metal curtain pulled down. Called their phone number, from their lobby, no answer! Never experienced anyting like this in my life! Have to say probably the worst hotel ever, and the guy behind the desk kept mumbling stuff, not sure what he was saying. Then he pulled down a metal curtain at the checkin window, "strange set-up" and was never to be seen again! So after waiting a long time, no one returning, no one answering their phone, we were forced to find another hotel, after 8:30 pm! And I believe checkin was at 11am, so just baffled by this experience, word to the wise do not try to stay at Woodspring Inn! A refund would be in order, but cannot reach anyone???
