“The accommodation itself couldn't be faulted. Friendly staff, fresh towels daily, all very nice. I would however strongly recommend an out-of-hours point of contact in the event of getting locked out of the room. In fairness, it's entirely my own fault that I locked myself out to begin with (won't be forgetting that mistake in a hurry). But if it wasn't for an upstairs tenant being able to get hold of the correct person to let me back in, I would've had no choice but to try to sleep……

“The description of a continental breakfast doesn't ever come close to the reality. It's the best self serve breakfast I've ever experienced. Everything from fresh fruit to juices, cereals, large selection of breads and pop tarts, too much to mention. The friendliest place I've stayed ”

“House is good comfortable stay, however parking is difficult and is located in a less desired area.”

Kitchen not particularly well equipped for guests like us who cook in.Road traffic noise somewhat intrusive but we live in a very quiet place.Friendly owners.Locked gate entrance a bit of a pain but not a deal breaker.Excellent location for visiting gardens.”

“Lovely self contained property, in beautiful position right on the Syndale Valley trail and 2 miles from Doddington Gardens, well worth a visit. Property contained every facilitiy required, bath and walk in shower, plentiful hot water and comfy bed. Breakfast produce left for first morning which was a lovely touch, hosts very good, there but not too intrusive - a wonderful stay.”
