“The pictures were good but you can not see that the floor slopes or that there are soft spots in the floor. I knew that the trailer was old. But it didn't have to look old or smell old. I'm not being picky there are issues but not too hard to over come if you set your mind to it. The bed was comfy, the water was hot and had good pressure. The location was good. Pretty much everything outside needed some wet N forget and I wouldn't use the fan on the screen porch if it were a 100 degrees outside.……

“This house is lovely and very well appointed with anything you might need. It was perfect for our group of six. We spent most of our time sitting by the river and watching all the activity going by. We also made good use of the kayaks and paddle boards that are provided. Highly recommend taking advantage of the put-in at Weeki Wachee state park and paddling the 6 miles back to the house.
