“We had a lovely stay. Our room was great and the staff, especially the afternoon reception clerk was wonderful. Not only did she acclimate us to the hotel, she helped carry our bags, and she helped plan the things we did while we were in the area. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant which was super. Highly recommend!”

“We were disappointed upon arrival to learn that the onsite restaurant was closed. Our stay was at the end of the season but we were unaware of the closure. This was the only problem with our stay. At first WiFi to our room did not connect but manager/owner worked diligently and successfully got it working! “A former 15th century residence, Le Petit Manoir is long on charm but if you're not good with stairs, be sure to book a ground-level room. Our room, The Colette, was reachable only by a spiral staircase that is not for the faint-hearted. The ceiling beams were charming but head-bumping hazards if you're tall. We were traveling without a car and the staff was helpful in booking us taxis (a car would have been handy but we're getting too old to drive in France). Breakfast had lots a variety and……
