“Our stay was unique, comfortable and elegant. Staff was welcoming and did their best to make our stay special. Room had a spectacular decor with windows overlooking the colourful, geometric patterns of the Hospices’ roof. We enjoyed a delicious dinner at Slanted Door. All in all, among best stays in Burgundy. “The hotel was very clean and comfortable — definitely appreciated the attention to detail in housekeeping. However, it's located right next to the train station, and the noise from passing trains and frequent loudspeaker announcements every 15 minutes made it hard to fully relax. Great stay if you're not a light sleeper.”

“The room provided to us came with an air conditioner failed to supply cool air by that day Beaune temperature was around 26-28 degree C. The lady in-charged front desk said hotel air conditioner will only supply cool air the next Monday, but we will check-out on Sunday after two nights stay. I questioned her how a hotel had such facilities failure without backup plan. She said sorry to me but the hotel had nothing to do to the guest like me even no electric fan provided. She then even counter……
