“We stayed 4 nights there, the host & hostess showed their warm hospitality to us, made us feel like staying home & made Bordeuax special for us. We particularly liked the quality of the breakfast with the piano music background to start the day. Museum & shopping Centre are just walking distance, good enough for us to spend our leisure time in a raining day. We highly recommend this boutique hotel. The location is just walking distance from scenic spots & the tram & bus stops. From Bordeaux……

“Masai Mara suite was spacious and well appointed. Double sink and large shower. Staff was helpful. Make sure you get the entry code to get in before you arrive. They send it to you by email the morning you are to arrive. There is no 24 hr. reception like a hotel. Good location a short walk to shops and cafes. ”

“We stayed in the Palais Royals room and loved it! It was beautifully updated and the entire property was well appointed and thoughtfully decorated. The pictures didn’t do it justice. Fabrice was a lovely host and we will definitely recommend to friends.”

“The room is in suitable size. The wifi is stable. The breakfast is continental style and basic. In view of the price, it is definitely value for money. Bordeaux is not a large city. You can walk from the hotel to all the sightseeing points. Yet, I do not consider that this hotel is located in the city center. There is nothing nearby. You need 15-minute walk to the shopping center where you can find restaurants and supermarkets.”

“The 3-pax room was very small, seemed smaller that what was shown in the website photos, that we could hardly turn ourselves after laying down the 2 luggages. We are petite Asians, so imagine the situation.....Hygiene level was just acceptable, the shower head was full of black mildew, which could cause pneumonia to those with weak immunity. But thanks to the hotel staff, that was replaced immediately. ”
