There was a lot of construction going on in the property. It did not impact our room or our stay, but it was unexpected and resulted in limited guest parking.

Hotel was under construction and pool was unavailable. The view of the mountains is pretty though and once the construction is over this will be a great place to stay. No breakfast as people stated but really good choices in the city to eat at.

The property is conveniently located in Chattanooga. We stayed because of the location and proximity to all the things we had planned for the weekend. We did not have to take the highway to visit the Aquarium. It's just down the street a few lights, but not within walking distance. Our room was okay. The area is slightly sketch as there were beggers on the corner. The entire hotel is under renovation so there is no breakfast, no pool, and no common areas as illustrated in the pictures. We stayed 2 nights and athough, the renovation is underway, the noise was not unbearable. The front desk staff is professional, courteous, and friendly. The tub/shower are not replaced and it does not look like it will be in the future. The bathroom is repainted and caulked with new lighting fixtures and toilet.

The bed was superb and the room was clean. But this hotel is SO NOISY! It seemed like there wasn’t even a door on our room. We heard people in the hallway/nearby rooms all night. It was so noisy, that we called front desk at 2:30 AM. The noise continued for hours even after we called. This is our second visit to this hotel, and it’ll be our last.

Even though breakfast was advertised both on the Expedia app and via text from the hotel there wasn't any. Sheets were very wrinkled, roach in the room, and area around the hotel was not great.

The property was under construction, construction started at roughly 6:45-7 each morning of our stay. Hotel staff didn't offer any comp for the inconvenience, Expedia tried very hard to correct these issues but the hotel manager wasn't understanding at all. I guess he sleeps soundly at his home without the noise of chop saws and hammering. Also the refrigerator was falling through the cabinet it was in. The sink was craxked, there were very few luggage carts .. I had to hunt them down withbabnice lady that was there on the Friday morning of my stay .. I expressed concern. (She was from Hilton... They are taking over the hotel) She was very nice and understanding. And helped me find a solution to not having a luggage cart and we bantered about the condition of the hotel and staff. She was nice! I'm normally not one to complain, I'm also not one to want to woken up at 7-8 on vacation to saws and hammers!

Under construction wasn't told till arrival. Had a hole in the wall of room also smoke detector was removed. Smelled like fried food in room and In the hallway.
