After reading the reviews, we chose this hotel to stop. We are Hilton Honors members and have had good luck with these hotels in the past. The CSR was friendly upon check in but upon entering the hallway, the air conditioning was dripping and the carpet was soaked. We did report this to the front desk. The next morning, we went to breakfast and it was not as expected compared to other Hampton Inns. The selection was just ok. We looked forward to a good shower before hitting the road and the bottles in the shower were empty (shampoo and body wash). Upon checkout, I did express my disappointment to the CSR at the front desk but we were not offered points or discount… only.. “I’ll let the staff know for the next guest.” Really, am I not your current guest?
