“Great stay thanks”

“Overall, this was a great place to stay with a few areas for improvement. The location was perfect—convenient and peaceful—and the beds and couches were very comfortable, making it easy to relax.However, a few additions would have made the stay even better. There were no basic cleaning supplies provided, which made tidying up after meals a bit challenging. The kitchen was minimally stocked, with limited pots and pans and no basic seasonings like salt and pepper. Additionally, the TVs could use……

“The property was okay. It served it's purpose and there was plenty of space for my family, Overall a little outdated and it could have been better equipped with kitchen supplies, and linens. The heat wasn't on when we got there and we had no extra bedding for the pull out sofa or the twin beds. The primary was sufficient. The twin beds were actually were too uncomfortable to sleep on. They felt like you were sleeping on the springs! ”

“I was not too pleased staying at this location. As I drove up (9pm) there was very poor lighting and the check in area had no signage. I tried to drive to the other side of the building to find the entrance. The signage to find my room was not clearly marked. I went up and down several staircases and hallways in order to find my room. I also took a few stairwells which were dirty and smelled badly. Two stairwells had broken mini refrigerators just lying on the landings. The room was……

“Overall it was good. Condo complex is old and hasn't been updated in years. But”

“We were disappointed in this townhome. The TV downstairs was in analog so the reception was fuzzy and we could only watch in the bedroom. The upstairs master bathroom was dirty with hair on the shower tract. We called the number to discuss but no one was available. Also, bring coffee filters if you want a cup of coffee. ”

“The property was beautiful. The Vrbo room type was not communicated to the hotel and so when we arrived they gave us the wrong room type. Hotel was wonderful in accommodating our needs. The condo we were put in was outdated but very clean. The check out instructions we received were wrong, but again the hotel was very accommodating with us.”
