“We had a wonderful stay. The staff was great and helpful. Everything was clean, really good restaurant and they had skiing logistics well handled. it was easy to get myself and equipment from the hotel to the lifts”

“We arrived at 730am and requested if we can check in earlier. We were told a code will be sent to my email by 4pm but it never came. So we went back to the front desk and informed them. A very rude receptionist told my husband, it’s sent by their system and just wait. We have waited for almost 8hrs already and this is totally unacceptable. To our disgust, we left and I reported to Expedia right away. Now the hotel is claiming code was sent. Again we never received it! We are demanding a refund.”

“The staff were helpful and the facilities were good at the property, ski in ski out, raclette to hire also thank you so much to the ladies and Charles at the other Azureva (Les confin) for sorting out our ski hire and making renting very smooth for us, great attention to detail. There were however a few niggles about the location which is voted great on Expedia but…it’s not if you don’t have a car or you’re a non skier. “Good residence for the family. We booked the top of the range suite, had 2 bathrooms. All the conveniences were there except a washing machine but fine for a stay less than a week. The property was very clean when we checked in and we returned it in a fairly clean state. The spa is good and the putside hot tub with views of the mountains is spectacular. ”

“Op zich een redelijk apartement, balkon was klein, net als de douche-ruimte. Douche zelf was wel lekker. Fijne broodservice in de ochtend. laten schoonmaken is duur en aansluiten op betaalde wifi was voor ons niet mogelijk, we kregen het niet voor elkaar. In de foyer was gelukkig wel goede en gratis wifi. Parkeergarage (wel betaald) onder het gebouw: er fijn. ”
