“Staff is good and helpful. Just only one point to make me very unhappy. I visit Ｈotels.com to look for the room photo and see the room have balcony (it's my main reason why I reservation for this hotel). After check the room is no balcony at room. I'm discuss with front desk and they inform me not every room have balcony and today no any balcony room is available. If you need balcony room, you can pay AUD100 upgrade it. It's looks hotels.com cheat me. If not every room have balcony need……

“The motel should have double glazed windows to prevent the traffic noise from coming in. The fact that there was no one at the reception desk the last two times that I stayed there made me think there were no staff on site and this is a fire and safety risk.”

“Exactly as per the listing, sweet, clean cabin that suited myself and friend and would suit a family or 2 couples. Cosy, but has everything you need. Awesome beach a few minutes walk away (uphill) and we spent the day walking as you can walk to Terrigal (tide mindful). Plenty of things to do around the area however if you just want fresh air and peace & quiet, an ideal place to stay. Justine lovely and nothing too much trouble and gave us plenty of tips. As the property had such a nice outdoor……
