“Overall, the room seemed tidy, but the room floor mat was too dirty and the hotel did not provide slippers. I was surprised that it was my first time staying in a hotel and there were no slippers provided. Our family walked around the room barefoot, and the soles of our feet were gray-black. You can imagine how dirty the room floor mats are.”

“The carpets were dismal The shower was so bad when you were taking a shower the water was always interrupted by someone turning cold on and it would virtually scolded you The staff were great Bath wash was empty for 3 days in both bathrooms A great location ”

“Overall, the stay was enjoyable—beds were very comfortable, rooms were spacious, and everything was clean and well-maintained. Definitely ticked the boxes for comfort. However, a few things could be improved. There wasn’t a good range of late-night snacks, and nothing could be ordered after 9pm. No mini bar or cold water provided in the rooms either, which was a bit inconvenient. Breakfast couldn’t be ordered to the room, which was surprising. The hotel bar drinks were on the expensive side,……

“接待人員很親切，解決很多問題，但是飯店隔音不是很好，這次入住的是二樓的房間9A,第一晚9B有房客，他們聊天到半夜二點半，幾乎快要是很清楚的聽到，中間夾雜笑聲，很難入睡⋯⋯有住到AB型房間的要注意這問題，購物商場在不遠處（開車約5分鐘），房間內沒有空調，需打開房門讓客廳的空調吹到房間內才不會太冷”
